⚙️ Faults & Replacements

If your panel arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us with photos or a short video describing the issue.All products are eligible for inspection and repair. If the fault cannot be repaired, a replacement unit will be provided.

💸 No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Replacements will be issued only if the product is confirmed to be faulty and beyond repair after inspection.

🚫 Exclusions

• Any modifications, tampering, or opening of the panel will void all support and replacement eligibility.

• User damage or misuse is not covered.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your panel to be built, tested, and shipped.

• Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days via a tracked courier service.

• International shipping is available at fixed rates. Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or tariffs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon collection or delivery of the panel.
