1. General

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Made-to-Order Products

  • All panels are made to order and customised to the customer’s specification.

  • The standard production timeframe is 6–9 weeks.

  • This timeframe may vary depending on:

    • Material or stock availability

    • Order volume or influx of orders

  • As all items are custom-made, delays may occur. You will be kept updated on progress.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

  • Any taxes, import duties, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. This includes if the product is required to be re sent for any reason

  • Failure to pay these charges may result in delays, returns, or additional costs payable by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

  • If an order is returned due to:

    • Unpaid taxes or duties

    • Incorrect or incomplete address

    • Refusal to accept delivery

    The customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

5. Storage Policy

  • Completed panels will be stored for up to 2 weeks if:

    • Payment is outstanding, or

    • The item has been returned due to unpaid taxes/duties, incorrect address, or failed delivery

  • The 2-week storage period begins from the date notification is sent, and an email will be issued confirming this start date.

  • After the 2-week period:

    • The panel may be reallocated or sold to another customer

  • The original customer must make contact within 1 month from the end of the 2-week storage period in order to continue with the purchase of their original item. failure to do so once the month date has come to an end the following procedure will apply

  • If the customer still wishes to proceed after this point:

    • A new order must be placed at full price, subject to the standard 6–9 week lead time

6. Non-Collection / Abandonment

  • Customers have 1 month from notification of completion (or end of storage period) to take action.

  • If no action is taken:

    • The panel will be considered abandoned

    • The panel may be resold, reused, or scrapped

    • No refund will be issued, except where required by law

7. Cancellations & Refunds (UK Consumer Law)

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made or personalised goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) period.

  • Therefore, once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • If a product is:

    • Faulty

    • Not as described

    • Not fit for purpose

    You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK law.

8. Faults & Repairs

  • If an issue arises:

    1. Remote troubleshooting will be attempted first

    2. If unresolved, the item may be returned for inspection and repair

  • For UK customers:

    • Approved repairs, replacements, and associated shipping will be free of charge where the fault is confirmed

  • This does not apply where faults are caused by misuse, damage, or unauthorised modification.

9. Tampering Policy

  • If the product has been tampered with or altered without instruction, it may void your rights to repair or replacement.

  • Repairs in such cases are at my discretion and, if accepted:

    • The customer must cover all shipping costs

  • This does not apply where changes were made under direct instruction from me.

10. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for:

    • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

    • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

    • Any rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for:

    • Indirect or consequential losses

    • Delays caused by third parties (e.g. couriers or customs)

11. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Except for rights under UK law, no additional warranties are provided.

12. Communication

  • Customers must remain responsive to communications.

  • Failure to respond may result in delays, storage enforcement, or order cancellation.

13. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once production has started:

    • No changes or cancellations can be made due to the custom nature of the product.

14. Force Majeure

  • I am not responsible for delays or failure due to events outside my control, including supply chain issues, illness, or equipment failure.

15. Agreement

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
